Q: What is the music festival?

A: It’s a 3 day festival in September that features local musicians, good food, good beer, good people and a chance to raise money for a local charity.

Q: Where is Whiskey Rose Ranch Music Festival located?

A: 17265 Crowley Trl. Flagstaff AZ.

Q: What is included in my ticket price?

A: Your admission gets you a spot to camp at Whiskey Rose Ranch Friday - Sunday, live music and adult beverages. There will be a food truck on site that will be an additional cost.

Q: What is the weather like in September?

A: Typically it’s pretty perfect. Warm days and cool nights. Flagstaff is know for it’s wild weather, so come prepared. It could be windy, it could be stormy and it could be sunny. We chose to have the festival in September because this time of year usually is the nicest, but anything can happen!

Q: Do you have hookups for camping?

A: Camping at Whiskey Rose Ranch is considered dry camping! Don’t panic, most RV’s or trailers can hold enough water and sewage to get you through the weekend and more. So hookups are not necessary. We do have 2 portable restrooms on site that are cleaned and ready to use. So wether you are RV or tent camping, we do provide restrooms.

Q: What type of food will the food truck be serving?

Q: Do I need to bring money?

A: YES! You will need cash or card for the food, and cash for any of the raffle tickets or auction items. We raise most of the money for charity through our live auction and raffle tickets. If you don’t bring enough cash we can also accept Venmo, Zelle or Paypal but the service for these apps can be spotty. Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. We will also be auctioning off a few larger items, so get into the giving spirit.

Q: What charities do you donate to?

A: Our goal is to donate to 2 local charities at each event. Check out the “CHARITIES” page for the current charities we are partnering with

Q: Are the purchases tax deductible?

A: Whiskey Rose Ranch is not a 501c3 so any payment made directly to us are not currently tax deductible. We are working on partnering with one of our charities so that all ticket sales, raffle sales and auction item purchases are tax deductible. Stay tuned for more on this.

Q: I don’t camp and I don’t have an RV, can I still come?

A: First of all, lets be clear… Whiskey Rose Ranch is more glamping than camping! So not being a “camper” is no excuse to miss out on this incredible weekend. Checkout the “GLAMPING” page for more info on finding the perfect RV or trailer to rent and have delivered directly to the festival!

Q: Is the festival a family friendly event?

A: Yes! We welcome all families! However, you are responsible for the supervision and safety of your children at all times.

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Yes, most dogs are welcome. Please do not bring dogs that are considered an aggressive breed or are not socialized. We reserve the right to ask you to monitor your dog and or keep them on a leash if necessary. We have lots of dogs and kids running around and do not want anyone feeling scared or unsafe. Keep in mind this is not a dog park and not a public place. We also ask that you pick up your dog poop, and discard of it if they do not do their business far off in the forest. Please use good judgement.

Q: Do you provide seating during the festival?

A: BYOC! Bring your own chair if you would like to sit a relax during the festival.
